Principal's Platform

Principal Leonard S. Hart has been with Lincoln Charter Schools since 2012. Leonard Hart, a native of Baltimore, Maryland, is a graduate of Morgan State University with a Bachelors degree in Physical Education and Health and a Masters in Educational Administration Leadership from American InterContinental University. Currently completing his coursework for a Doctorate in Higher Education, Mr. Hart will be completing his certification for Superintendent for the State of Pennsylvania in 2015.

 

Accomplished in the field of Education, Mr. Hart’s experience as an educator and administrator spans over 18 years. He is certified as an educator and administrator for the States of Maryland and Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Lincoln Charter School and Edison Learning this year, Mr. Hart was a teacher, department chair, head football coach, head wrestling coach, softball coach and administrator within the Baltimore City and Baltimore County Public School Systems.

 

Mr. Hart is a member of several professional and civic organizations and is an active member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and Free and Accepted Mason, M.W. Prince Hall Grand Lodge. Mr. Hart and his wife live in Mount Wolf, PA. Contact Mr. Hart at lhart@lincolncharterpa.com

Anne Clark’s Personal Mission: “To make the lives of children better.”

 

Anne Clark’s Professional Mission: I believe that students come to school with the desire to be successful. It is my responsibility to come to the school knowledgeable, organized and passionate about each child and their family. I work for the children, parents, teachers, & community of York through my employment at Lincoln Charter Schools.

 

Anne Clark is a mother of four children and a YaiYai to two grandchildren. Anne Clark has resided in the City of York here entire life. She attended the schools of the City of York. She is currently working on a Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership at Liberty University. She has completed her undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Psychology. She completed her Master’s Degree in Elementary Education.  

 

Anne Clark is the advisor to the Lincoln Charter Schools Parent Advisory Councils for both campuses. She is Board Secretary for the Centro Hispanic Jose Hernandez Center. She is the Executive Director for the Hope Street Garden and Learning Lab Incorporation. She completed her fellowship with the NLPH in 2014. She is member of the Eat, Play, Breathe Committee. She is a board member of the Y-Development Board. Anne Clarkhas served on the Pennsylvania Department of Education SPAC Council. Anne Clark works with numerous other non-profits on their media plans.

 

Anne Clark has presented her work on SMART Model, Joint Use Agreements, Latino Parent Involvement, Developing the Leaders of Today and Community Partnerships locally, statewide and nationally. Anne Clark wants to share her broken road experiences that led her to success as a parent, educator and woman.
